Terms

Bookings and payment

• Prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars.
• When you continue to payment we hold your tickets for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the tickets are released to other buyers.
• Your booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation page and receive the confirmation email with your tickets.
• In the rare case that a payment reaches us after the hold has ended and the event has sold out, we refund it in full automatically and let you know by email.

Tickets

• Each ticket has its own QR code and can be used for entry once. Keep your tickets private: anyone with the code can use it.
• Each ticket carries the name of the person attending. If someone else needs to attend in your place, write to us before the event.
• Member prices are for current PBC members. We may ask to confirm membership at the door.

Cancellations and refunds

• If PBC cancels an event, we refund every ticket in full.
• If an event is moved to a new date or venue, you can keep your tickets or ask for a full refund.
• If you cannot attend, write to us. We consider refund requests made before the event case by case.
• Refunds go back to the card used to pay and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

At the event

• Please treat other guests, speakers and venue staff with respect. We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave if their behaviour puts others at risk or spoils the event.
• Events may be photographed for PBC's website and social media. Tell the organisers on the day if you would prefer not to appear.
• Event details, speakers and running order can change. We will tell you about significant changes by email.
